• ABOUT ME

    My role as Dell's Global Consumer Upper Funnel Campaign Manager relies heavily on Social activation. Using Social in all elements of the process of bringing a product to life delivers unique benefits that would otherwise be hidden. It has also enabled me to become a vocal advocate of Social Media to businesses and governments helping enable their participation in Social.

     

    I firmly believe that Social conversation is the most effective way for a business to engage with their Customers. Along with gathering invaluable insights and fresh ideas, Social Media provides the climate for indicators of upcoming trends along with early detection of potential issues.


    I regularly participate in conferences throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia providing Social Media workshops along with speaking on various Social Media subjects.

    Provided Social Media listening skills and reporting to Ireland Department Of Finance, primarily on Budget 2013 and Children's Referendum.  Consultation includes providing daily dashboard of key subject conversation across the Internet, Sentiment reporting on initiatives and detailed report analysis of key subject matter.

    #SocialSME Mentorship Programme - Mentor and Social

    Hand selected by Dell’s Global Social Training and Activation Team to mentor an elite group of Social Media Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Coach and work closely with SMEs to align them with their core business objectives. Guide SMEs toward utilization of key social platforms that enable them to manage key influencer/customer relationships, share their expertise in relevant online communities to impact Dell’s overall credibility, share of voice, search engine rankings and online revenue.
